It's Gran Turismo, it's supposed to be hard. If liscences tests weren't hard, people wouldn't still be talking 15-20 years on about how they have all the gold medals in all of them. TL;DR, play it yourself before you take other people's opinions seriously.

I'm a bit concerned about how much space this is going to take up on the PS5 since you can only run games on the internal drive (s). On the PS4 it isn't a big deal since you can use internal or external drives and drive space is relatively cheap.
